I'm so uncurious about the post editor. I've only ever bothered with settings I need, like sourcing, make unrebloggable, edit text sometimes. and then when adding a source link to a previous post, I Just registered that the date part says "set a publishing date to a time in the past" but thought, there's no way that actually works right. and it does. what the hell lmao. why can you do this. I still don't know what add custom url does. does anyone use that, is it basically the same thing as tagging ?
#I feel like maybe custom url is more for people whose tumblr blogs function as websites like webcomic hosting for better indexing?#is this just like the way you can edit fics on ao3 to be published on the recent date to bump them to the top of a tag if you wanted to#even if you haven't added new material#but no one takes advantage of it out of honesty. unless they actually do. I'm not active on there#now if only I knew how people edit their polls to break the percentages lmao#also people who haven't checked the tumblr labs settings and turned on reblog graphs: I recommend it#it's very fun to see where certain posts (you can do this with any one's) gained the most traction!

acolyte taskforce 2: 8.5 jedi result: 8 dead jedi. sith and sith assassin escaped.
acolyte taskforce 2.5: 3 jedi result: found all the dead jedi. sith escaped.
acolyte taskforce 3: 11? jedi result: found one dead jedi and one amnesiac. sith escaped.
timeskip! geonosis strike team: 212 jedi result: ~180 dead jedi. sith escaped.
in conclusion, given that each trilogy is separated by on average ~25 years, it appears that the first trilogy to be set after the re-founding of the Jedi Order will feature 350 jedi chasing an unknown sith.

Sigh...if only there was some kind of artistic discipline that involved drawing the same simple thing over and over again. Something with a satisfying flow where you just create perfect copies an-

#this is only the beginning >:)#was mostly just focused on getting used to how you shift the oencil pressure#and i want too too focused on consistency of form. or writng in a straight line...#also i couldn't find graph paper which would have been better#but again this session was mostly just experimental and i had fun#and got a good feel for it#tips:#go slow#i wanted to go fast and pump out those satisfying strokes#but you really gotta pay attention to what you're doing. especially in the begining. to make sure you're doing it right#techniques before speed#as with most new skills actually#also make the loop on the ascending loop bigger than you think#descending loops are much eadier Ave intuitive for some reason#love how basic pencil calligraphy just boils down to “no pressure going up” “all the pressure going down”#like for real press hard. might not have to go as hard with a softer pencil but idk#i like this new activity :)

i am once again being forced to endure a 90 minute on-site EEG and then a multi-day literal nonstop EEG at home and like..this is all that's gonna show up for the unfortunate techs data-wise
